Sonia has spent over 20 years in various private equity, investment banking and financial due diligence roles. She is currently a partner at Aspire Physician Solutions, a financial sponsor focused on North American provider-centric healthcare transactions. At Aspire she is responsible for managing end-to-end deal execution from sourcing, LOI negotiation, due diligence, definitive legal documentation, and early-stage integration.
Prior to co-founding Aspire, Sonia was a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Albaron Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on healthcare services. Prior to Albaron, Sonia held various senior positions in business development and operations across private equity and hedge funds, including head of business development at Senrigan Capital Group, an Asian event-driven hedge fund seeded by Blackstone.
Sonia previously worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Deutsche Bank. She began her career as a CPA at Deloitte Ernst & Young, where she focused on financial due diligence for private equity transactions.
Sonia enjoys equestrian sports, theatre and wine tasting.
William was the founder and managing partner of one of the largest independent Mohs surgery-focused dermatology practices in the US and was subsequently a founding physician at Platinum Dermatology Partners, a leading private equity-backed dermatology physician management firm. He brings a wealth of experience in both medicine and business, having held leadership roles across numerous organizations. William is a managing partner at Oakhaven Capital.
Throughout his career, William has been deeply involved in healthcare leadership, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Dermasurgery Associates for a decade. From 2017 to 2022, he was a member of the board of directors at Platinum Dermatology Partners, where he played an active role in growing the group to more than 400 physicians and 130 locations.
Beyond his medical expertise, William is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor. He has made significant and profitable investments across a range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, and commercial real estate.
William lives in Dallas with his wife, their two children, and their dog. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, spending time outdoors, and restoring vintage arcade machines.
Vamsi Krishna, MD, FACC, FSCAI is a nationally recognized interventional cardiologist, educator, and researcher with over a decade of experience in complex coronary, peripheral, and venous interventions. He serves as Medical Director of the Ascension Seton Hays Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiac Rehab Clinics, delivering high-impact, minimally invasive care across Central Texas.
Vamsi has performed over 15,000 procedures and is deeply committed to preventive cardiology, with a focus on longevity, ApoB reduction, and lifestyle-driven care. He advocates for a whole-food, plant-forward diet as part of a comprehensive strategy to reduce cardiovascular risk and promote long-term health.
A respected faculty member at leading conferences (TCT, ACC, SCAI, VIVA), Vamsi brings expertise in advanced imaging, deep venous therapies, and device-based interventions. He is also an active researcher and advisor to biotech and medtech innovators.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys basketball, travel, and spending time with his wife, two children, and their dogs.
